Exchange Policy

1. Scope of Exchange Policy
This exchange policy applies to all furniture and home products purchased from the online store Grandlux Trade in the United States. It is applicable to consumers residing in the United States. Within 14 days of receiving a product, the customer can request an exchange.


2. Exchange Without Reason Within 14 Days
From the date of product receipt, the customer has 14 days to request an exchange without providing a reason. The product must meet the exchange conditions to be processed.


3. Exchange Conditions
The product requested for exchange must be in its original condition, with minor signs of use allowed. It must not have any damage, contamination, or modifications that could affect its resale.


4. General Exchange Process
Within 14 days of receiving the product, the customer must contact Grandlux Trade customer service via e-mail: info@grandluxtrade.com to request an exchange.

Provide the order number, product name, and product condition.

Customer service will confirm the request within 24 business hours and provide instructions for the exchange.


5. Exchange Costs
All eligible exchange products will be shipped at the expense of Grandlux Trade. The customer will not incur additional costs. These costs cover return shipping and the delivery of the new product.

7. Packaging Requirements
To ensure proper processing of the exchange, the customer must place the product in its original packaging and ensure the packaging is intact to prevent damage during shipping.


8. Exchange Confirmation and Processing Time
After receiving the returned product, Grandlux Trade will inspect the product. If the product meets the exchange conditions, the new item will be shipped within 1–3 business days.
