2. Delivery Area
We provide deliveries across the United States. All orders are shipped through reliable carriers to ensure product protection during transport.

3. Shipping Fee Policy
For orders ≥ $ 96 USD, shipping is free.
For orders < $ 96 USD, a fixed shipping fee of $10 USD applies.
This policy also applies to returns and exchanges, with shipping costs covered by Grandlux Trade.
4. 14-Day Return Policy
Customers can request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
Products must be in original condition. Light signs of use are acceptable, but no damage, contamination, or conditions affecting resale are allowed.

5. Refund Policy

If a product is defective or a customer wishes to exchange it for a similar product, the request must be made within 14 days of receipt.

All products have a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing or material defects.
